Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Upper Montclair?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to multi-story residential buildings near the commuter rail corridor, provide the entry code or unit number at checkout. For homes on the hilly, winding residential streets, include instructions for long driveways or gate access. This ensures the driver can reach the front door directly rather than leaving arrangements at a property perimeter.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different areas of Upper Montclair?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes. In the village commercial district where street parking is limited, please note if the delivery should use a side or rear entrance. For residential properties with deep front yards or large setbacks, specify a preferred porch or sheltered area for placement.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a gated estate or secured building, the driver uses the provided phone number to coordinate a successful drop-off. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of the same size and value to maintain the arrangement style. Providing a secondary contact number reduces the risk of a failed delivery due to restricted property access.
