Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Brielle businesses and residences?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family homes on residential streets and professional offices often located in converted historic buildings. Please include the suite number for office buildings and the specific house number for properties along narrow riverfront lanes. These details help drivers navigate the transition from main roads to residential corridors without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers transported to homes near the Manasquan River and borough center?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered by a driver instead of being shipped in a cardboard box. This method is necessary for navigating the borough’s residential layout and ensuring flowers reach porches or marina offices safely. Include any gate codes or specific porch instructions for waterfront homes with restricted street access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver identifies a porch or entryway sheltered from the wind common to this coastal area. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety that matches the original shape and color. Providing a recipient phone number is the most effective way to prevent failed deliveries to properties with long driveways or hidden entrances.
