Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of properties in Point Pleasant Beach?

Accepted Answer

This city contains many mixed-use buildings with ground-floor shops and residential units located on the floors above. At checkout, you must provide the specific unit or suite number and any gate codes for the keypad entries common in these properties. Providing these details ensures the courier finds the correct door among the dense commercial and residential entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes on the narrow side streets near the water?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered because the narrow streets and limited street parking make it difficult for large trucks to stop. Couriers park and walk the flowers to the porch or side entrance of beach cottages and bungalows. Please specify if the property has a screened-in porch or a side gate where the delivery can be safely placed.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will look for a delivery spot protected from the salt spray and high coastal winds. Providing a recipient phone number helps the courier confirm if they are currently at the boardwalk or a local business. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom that is known to stay fresh in the local humidity.
