Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large residential estates and Victorian homes in Spring Lake?

Accepted Answer

Provide the exact entrance or porch location where the flowers should be placed, as many properties have multiple access points. Include any gate codes or instructions for reaching homes set back from the main road. These details ensure the driver finds the primary door on larger residential lots.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the town's residential layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to ensure they reach the recipient's door through wide lawns and garden paths. Because many coastal properties use decorative signage rather than standard curb numbering, providing a description of the house color helps prevent delays. Drivers navigate these residential streets directly to perform person-to-person hand-offs.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not at home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the arrangement is left in a protected area on the porch or behind a gate to secure it against coastal winds. If a specific flower is out of stock, it will be replaced with a similar variety that matches the original color and size. Including the recipient’s mobile number allows the driver to confirm the exact drop-off location on large properties.
