Question 1

How does delivery work for the college campus and the multi-story buildings on the main thoroughfare?

Accepted Answer

For the college campus, provide the dormitory name and a recipient phone number to coordinate with the mailroom. Multi-story buildings with street-level retail require a buzzer code or apartment number to gain entry to the residential floors. These details prevent us from leaving orders on public sidewalks.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to the different types of homes and offices in the area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the front door of the house or the reception desk of the office. In suburban residential sections with private driveways, we walk the arrangement directly to the porch. For the town's various medical suites and professional offices, we leave the flowers at the front desk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a house with a fenced yard or gated driveway, we will contact the recipient for access instructions. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we replace it with a similar flower of equal value to maintain the style. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps us navigate the town’s many secured-entry apartment complexes.
