Question 1

Can you deliver to the medical clinics and the large educational campus in Sellersburg?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the sprawling community college campus or multi-suite medical clinics, provide the specific building letter and department name at checkout. Receptionists at these low-rise facilities typically accept flowers at the main entrance desk to ensure they reach the correct office. Detailed suite numbers are required for all deliveries to healthcare buildings to avoid confusion in shared waiting areas.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand to local residences?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to homes and apartments across our suburban layout. Most residential properties here have open-access driveways or porches where we can leave flowers if you provide a specific instruction. For homes in newer subdivisions with long driveways or shared entrances, providing the exact house number helps us locate the correct porch.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a shaded area on the porch or a designated side door as specified in your delivery notes. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar bloom that matches the color and value of your order. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps us coordinate access if we encounter a locked gate or a secured building entry.
