Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and downtown office towers in Rochester?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the city’s large medical campuses and high-rise office towers, you must provide the specific wing, floor, or suite number at checkout. These sprawling facilities use centralized receiving areas that require exact internal location details to ensure the flowers reach the correct room. This information is necessary to navigate the complex layouts of these large-scale professional buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to the different types of residential and commercial properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the mix of dense urban streets and sprawling residential blocks. In downtown areas with restricted street parking, we use building loading zones or lobby service counters to complete the drop-off. Providing an entry code for secured apartment buildings or gated residential streets prevents delays at the perimeter.

Question 3

What happens if there is an access issue or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a property has a locked gate or a restricted lobby and the recipient is away, we attempt to find a secure drop-off point or a neighbor to accept the delivery. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that matches the original color and size. Providing the recipient's phone number at checkout helps resolve access problems at gated communities or buildings with restricted lobby access.
