Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office parks and secured corporate buildings in West Henrietta?

Accepted Answer

Most professional buildings in this area require drivers to check in at a central reception desk or security station. Please provide the suite number and the specific department name to ensure the driver identifies the correct drop-off point. These details are necessary because many local office campuses have multiple entrances and restricted floor access.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by a person?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver to accommodate the spread-out suburban layout and expansive parking lots common in this city. This method allows the driver to navigate directly to front doors or specific office entrances rather than leaving a box at a distant mail drop. Providing a gate code or specific door instruction helps the driver reach the recipient in buildings set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residence or an office campus?

Accepted Answer

For residential deliveries, drivers look for a porch or side door that is not visible from the street. At corporate campuses or flex-space buildings, the driver will leave the arrangement with the designated front desk or mailroom attendant. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a variety of the same color and value to ensure the order is fulfilled on the requested day.
