Question 1

How do you navigate deliveries to the mix of medical centers and multi-level residential buildings in this city?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception of medical facilities and the front desk or unit door of high-density apartment buildings. You must provide the floor, suite number, or department name at checkout to ensure the driver can navigate these secured locations. These details are required because deliveries cannot be left on busy street-level sidewalks or in open public foyers.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for the urban layout and narrow streets of this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to navigate the city’s high-traffic blocks and limited curb access. Drivers bring the arrangement directly to the door of the multi-family home or the lobby of the apartment complex. Providing a buzzer code or specific entry instructions prevents delays caused by restricted parking near the entrance.

Question 3

How are delivery failures and flower substitutions handled in this densely populated area?

Accepted Answer

If a driver cannot access a locked multi-family building or gated property, they will contact the recipient using the phone number provided. We do not leave arrangements outside due to the lack of private porches and high pedestrian traffic. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the color and style of the order.
