Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional campuses and medical centers in Olean?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the city’s large medical campus and gated professional buildings require a specific department or wing name at checkout. We use designated service entrances to reach reception desks in these restricted-access areas. Providing these details ensures the courier can navigate the multiple building connections without delay.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential address in Olean?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of dense street-front homes and hillside properties with long driveways. We require specific notes if the property has a secondary rear entrance or a secured porch common in older local architecture. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed securely and is not left exposed on a sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured apartment building or university residence is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them directly to arrange a safe drop-off location. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color profile. Including the recipient’s phone number helps our team resolve access issues at gated properties or multi-unit complexes.
