Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and residential properties in Franklinville?

Accepted Answer

For addresses within the clustered village core, please provide specific suite numbers or entrance locations for multi-unit buildings. For rural properties located on the outskirts, include descriptions of gated entries or long driveways to ensure the driver identifies the correct residence. This information prevents confusion where house numbers may not be clearly visible from the main road.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of street-front houses and expansive rural lots. In the more densely populated areas, we bring the arrangement directly to the door or reception desk. For properties with significant setbacks from the road, the driver uses the driveway to reach the primary entrance rather than leaving the item at a distant mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When no one is home, we look for a porch or side door protected from the wind, especially on open rural properties. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a seasonal flower of equal value to maintain the arrangement’s size and style. Providing a recipient phone number allows us to verify if a neighbor can take the delivery or if the driver should leave it in a specific sheltered spot.
