Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large institutional properties or gated campuses in Allegany?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the local academic campus or senior living complexes require a specific building name and room number at checkout. These properties often have centralized security desks or multiple wings that do not allow direct door access. Providing the recipient's mobile number ensures the driver can coordinate a hand-off if the main entrance is restricted.

Question 2

How are flowers transported to residential areas outside the main village center?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered in a stable, water-filled vase to handle the transition from paved village streets to the steep, wooded hillsides surrounding the town. Because many homes sit on deep lots with long gravel driveways, please specify if the delivery should be left at a side door or a specific gate. This ensures the arrangement is placed safely and remains hydrated until the recipient retrieves it.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will seek a protected porch area to shield the arrangement from the high winds common in this valley. If a particular flower is not available in our current local inventory, we replace it with a similar bloom of equal value while keeping the same color scheme. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues for properties with long setbacks or locked entry points.
