Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the county offices and secured complexes in Mays Landing?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the judicial buildings and county government offices require the specific building letter and department name at checkout. For apartment complexes located near the regional shopping corridors, provide the gate code or building number for entry. These details allow the driver to navigate security checkpoints or central mailrooms efficiently.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand in this suburban area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a driver to accommodate the spread-out residential layout and wooded lots. Since many homes are set back from the road with long driveways, please note if the delivery should go to a side door or a porch hidden from the street. Hand delivery ensures the flowers reach the door of the residence rather than being left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower type is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured apartment or office suite, the driver will leave the order with the front desk or leasing office. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is selected to match the original style. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at gated residential communities or badge-access buildings.
