Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the medical and business complexes in the Marion area?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception or security desk for the large-scale office and healthcare facilities located near the highway interchange. You must provide the specific building letter and floor number at checkout. This ensures the driver navigates these expansive campuses to the correct location.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to residential properties with long driveways or private entries?

Accepted Answer

Your order is hand-delivered directly to the door, which is necessary for the many homes here that are set back from the street. Please provide gate codes or instructions for shared private roads at checkout. This information prevents the delivery from being left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is not in stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home and there is no safe place to leave the flowers due to restricted property access, we call them to arrange a new time. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a bloom of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number helps us resolve access issues for properties that are not visible from the main road.
