Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the historic mill conversions and secured residential buildings in Plantsville?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to converted industrial lofts or multi-unit buildings, provide the specific unit number and any lobby entry codes at checkout. Our drivers need these details to access secure interior mailrooms or front desks rather than leaving items at a street-level door. This ensures the arrangement reaches the recipient in a climate-controlled indoor environment.

Question 2

Will the flowers be delivered by hand or shipped in a box to residential addresses?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the door to accommodate the long private driveways and shared access roads common in this area. We do not use boxed shipping services that leave packages at the end of a driveway or by a mailbox. Providing specific instructions for properties with tucked-away entrances helps our drivers locate the correct porch.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a sheltered porch area or contact the recipient to find a safe placement on the property. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value in the same color profile. Including the recipient’s phone number at checkout helps us coordinate these details and avoid a failed delivery.
