Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to professional offices and residential areas in Prospect?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical offices or assisted living centers require a suite or room number so the driver can reach the correct desk. For homes located on winding residential roads, provide specific descriptions if the house is set far back from the street. This information ensures the driver finds the correct entrance among the town's many wooded lots.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with long or private driveways?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box to navigate the town's spread-out layout. If your property has a long or shared driveway, include instructions on which path leads to the main house. This allows the driver to reach the porch directly instead of leaving the delivery at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver looks for a porch or entryway shielded from the wind common on these higher-elevation properties. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety that maintains the same color and shape. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver find the front door when house numbers are not visible from the main road.
