Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical facilities and multi-use buildings?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception of medical clinics and the secure entrances of residential units located above street-level storefronts. Provide the specific suite or apartment number and any entry codes at checkout. These details allow the driver to access the correct door in buildings that share space with commercial businesses.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered to residential areas?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to account for the narrow residential streets and limited street parking. For homes where the front porch sits directly on the sidewalk, specify if the driver should leave the item at a side door or behind a porch railing. Hand delivery prevents the gift from being left in high-traffic pedestrian areas.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available at a home with a porch open to the sidewalk, we call the recipient to coordinate a secure drop-off point. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of the same color and size. Providing a recipient phone number is required to manage access to apartments that have entrances in rear alleys or behind shops.
