Flower Delivery in Lisle, NY
Lisle grew up where the Tioughnioga River bends through northern Broome County, a village of a few hundred people with NY-79 running through the middle and I-81 a mile off. Center Lisle and Killawog, the town's other hamlets, sit up the valley, and the Lisle Village Cemetery along NY-79 holds many of the same family names as the mailboxes. Dorchester Park and the Whitney Point Reservoir are minutes south, and delivery routes link Lisle with Whitney Point, Marathon, Berkshire, Newark Valley and Chenango Forks. The last call for same-day work is 2:00 PM, after which orders shift to the following day's route. Guthrie Cortland Medical Center on Homer Avenue and UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City are the two hospitals on this run, and the Elizabeth Brewster House in Homer takes arrangements for residents. Nichols Funeral Home in Whitney Point, Wright-Beard in Cortland and MacPherson in Newark Valley all receive funeral flowers, and graveside tributes are placed at Lisle Village Cemetery, Center Lisle Cemetery or Riverside Cemetery beside the water. Orders here often come from students and workers who left the valley for Syracuse or Binghamton. The Full Of Love Bouquet at $64.99 is a steady choice for a birthday in the village or a get-well visit at Wilson. Teleflora's Beautiful Heart Bouquet at $89.99 suits an anniversary dinner or a sympathy call where roses feel right. For a housewarming on a hillside farm, or a thank you to the neighbor who plowed the lane all winter, Teleflora's Desert Sunrise Bouquet at $79.99 brings warm color that holds up in a cold room. A Lisle florist partner arranges every order by hand, and a 7-day freshness guarantee stays with it after delivery. Addresses in 13797 and the Whitney Point and Marathon ZIPs nearby are covered for same-day flower delivery. Street addresses for each hospital, funeral home, cemetery and residential home on the Broome County route appear in the verified destinations directory on this page.
