Question 1

Can you deliver to the large medical campuses and secured office buildings in Binghamton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks and administrative suites of medical campuses and downtown professional buildings. You must provide the building wing, floor, and department name at checkout. This information allows our drivers to move through security checkpoints and navigate large, multi-building layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residences with narrow street parking or multi-unit layouts?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to manage the steep porch steps and limited street-side access common at local homes. For multi-family residences, provide the specific apartment number and any entry codes for the main door. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement stays upright on the uneven porch surfaces found throughout the city.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is at a secured property or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the driver cannot reach a recipient at a secured building or a house with no porch, they will call the phone number you provided. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal or higher value. Including the recipient's direct phone number at checkout helps us resolve access issues at locked building entries.
