Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the gated subdivisions and professional offices in Kathleen?

Accepted Answer

Drivers go to the city’s gated residential communities and spread out medical office complexes daily. Provide the gate access code and the specific suite or department name at checkout. These details allow the driver to move past security points to reach the recipient's desk or front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties with large lots and long driveways?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the city's layout of homes set back from the main road. Use the delivery instructions field to describe the house color or driveway entrance for properties with long private drives. This information ensures the driver finds the correct residence.

Question 3

What happens if a property is inaccessible or a specific flower is not in stock?

Accepted Answer

If a gate code is missing or the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a secure porch or a neighbor to accept the delivery. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar flower of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's style. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver resolve access issues for homes with gated entrances or long drives.
