Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses in Byron?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in Byron cover both residential streets and the sprawling commercial complexes near the interstate junctions. For medical clinics or business parks, enter the specific suite number and department name at checkout. This ensures the driver finds the correct entrance within these multi-building properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in Byron, and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the large residential lots and homes set back from the road. Provide specific instructions if the property has a long driveway or a gated entrance that requires an access code. This information helps the driver locate the front door quickly in lower-density neighborhoods.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a shaded area on the porch, as many homes here lack covered entryways. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar type of equal value to maintain the design. Including the recipient's phone number helps resolve issues if a house number is not clearly visible from the street.
