Question 1

How does delivery work for local residential complexes and medical facilities?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to senior living communities and apartment complexes, you must provide the specific building letter and apartment number at checkout. Because many properties in this area feature secured entries or central reception desks, including the recipient’s direct extension ensures the driver can gain access. For residential properties set back from the main road, please note if there is a specific gate code or private drive entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the local suburban and rural layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered rather than shipped in a box to ensure the arrangement stays upright while navigating the winding, hilly roads and steep driveways common here. Hand-delivery allows the driver to place the flowers directly at a front door or side entrance, which is helpful for homes with long walkways or large lots. Providing details about porch access or specific door locations helps the driver find the correct drop-off point quickly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will seek a sheltered spot on the property, as the large distances between neighbors make leaving items with a nearby resident difficult. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is made to keep the same look and size. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient or a specific "if-absent" instruction reduces the chance of the delivery being returned.
