Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in East Syracuse?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in this area involve navigating both residential streets and sprawling corporate office campuses. For medical or business deliveries, you must provide the specific building wing and floor number at checkout. These details allow the driver to find the correct reception desk within large multi-tenant complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to ensure they arrive safely?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of open suburban lots and secured business entrances. The driver walks the arrangement to the door or the specific suite listed on your order. Including a phone number for the recipient helps the driver gain access to office buildings with restricted parking or locked lobbies.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a secure spot on the porch or with a neighbor. At office parks or medical campuses, we leave the arrangement with the building receptionist if the person is not at their desk. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of the same size and color to maintain the arrangement style.
