Question 1

How does delivery work for homes and offices in Kirkville?

Accepted Answer

Residences in this area are often set back from the road on large rural lots with long driveways. Provide the house number and a description of the driveway entrance at checkout to ensure the driver identifies the correct property. This is necessary because mailboxes are often clustered together away from the actual house.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the layout of this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door because the area lacks the high-density lockers or mail centers found in larger cities. Most properties have open-access porches or side entries that allow for direct placement without security gates. Providing details about long, unpaved paths or shared access roads helps the driver reach the house door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or near the main entry. When a specific flower is out of stock, a similar variety is used to complete the order as requested. Including a phone number for the recipient helps the driver locate the correct door on properties where the house is not visible from the street.
