Question 1

Can you deliver to the medical centers and large office buildings in Durham?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the expansive medical campuses and high-rise office towers found throughout the city. You must provide the specific department, floor, or suite number at checkout. This information allows us to navigate the security desks and information hubs required for access into these dense professional environments.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered to residential and downtown areas?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city's mix of narrow urban corridors and sprawling suburban streets. For deliveries to gated communities or keypad-access buildings, you must provide the entry code or specific instructions for the concierge. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is left at a secure reception point or handed to the recipient rather than left in an open public area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at a medical facility or office building, we leave the arrangement with the designated security desk or reception station. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number is necessary to resolve access challenges at gated driveways or secured apartment complexes common in the outer city limits.
