Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Chesterfield's large medical campuses and office parks?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to multi-story office towers and large-scale medical campuses require specific room or suite numbers. You must enter the department name or floor at checkout so drivers can navigate through centralized security checkpoints. These details prevent the order from being held at a general loading dock or mailroom.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and gated communities?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of open suburban streets and gated residential estates. For properties with gate codes or restricted-access driveways, please include the entry code in the delivery instructions. This allows the driver to reach the front door directly rather than leaving the arrangement at a distant perimeter gate.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery location is a secured building and the recipient is not there?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a secured office or private residence, the driver will use the phone number provided to coordinate a safe drop-off. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar bloom of equal value is substituted to ensure the delivery still arrives on the requested date. Including a direct contact number helps the driver resolve access issues at buildings with locked lobbies or security desks.
