Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large senior living campuses and professional offices in Ballwin?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the specific building name, wing, or suite number for the multi-acre residential and medical campuses located along the main commercial corridor. We check in at central reception or concierge desks to ensure the flowers reach the correct unit or office inside these sprawling facilities. These details are necessary because many local professional complexes have several separate entrances that are not connected internally.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by a local driver?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from the high-traffic main thoroughfare to the winding, hilly residential streets and cul-de-sacs. We do not use boxed shipping because it cannot navigate the long, private driveways common in local subdivisions. Providing instructions for side-entry doors or gate codes for the city’s newer high-density residential developments helps us reach the recipient faster.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a shaded porch or a neighbor to accept the delivery, as many residential properties here lack secure gated perimeters for packages. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that preserves the original color palette and style. Including the recipient’s phone number is the most effective way to prevent failed deliveries at apartment complexes with electronic call boxes.
