Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential areas in Blasdell?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries cover the residential village grid and the large commercial plazas along the main thoroughfares. At checkout, provide the specific unit number for multi-family homes or the designated delivery entrance for retail complex offices. These details are necessary because many local business addresses share large parking lots with multiple building access points.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different property types in this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive upright and ready for display at homes or places of work. The village layout includes many residences with deep front porches and professional buildings with centralized lobbies. Including specific access instructions for secured residential units or rear office entrances helps the driver find the correct drop-off point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the arrangement is left in a discreet location on the property. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value and style is made to ensure the order is completed on the requested day. A recipient's direct phone extension or suite number is required for deliveries to the industrial zones and large retail centers to avoid access issues.
