Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential properties in West Falls?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to local offices or small business suites require the specific desk or department name at checkout. For residential addresses, include the house color or visible landmarks since many properties are set back deep from the road. These details help our drivers identify the correct entrance in areas where multiple driveways meet at the street.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the low-density layout and long, private driveways found throughout the town. Drivers bring the arrangement directly to the front door rather than leaving it at a roadside mailbox. Providing a gate code or instructions for shared access roads ensures the driver reaches the porch without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the arrangement in a protected area near the door and notifies the sender. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value to keep the arrangement full. A recipient phone number helps us resolve navigation issues when house numbers are not visible from the main thoroughfare.
