Question 1

Can you deliver to the medical centers and residential complexes in Lackawanna?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main reception desks of medical campuses and funeral facilities throughout the city. Provide the specific wing or floor number for large facilities to ensure the courier reaches the correct building entrance. For multi-family residential units near the industrial corridors, include the apartment number and any keypad entry codes for the front gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and offices in Lackawanna?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-carried by local couriers to maintain stability during transit through the city’s mix of urban and residential streets. In areas where houses are positioned close to the road with minimal setbacks, specify if the arrangement should be left on a porch or with a side-door neighbor. Providing a cell phone number for the recipient allows our drivers to confirm access for properties with locked street-level entryways.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, we leave the flowers with a next-door neighbor or in a sheltered area out of view from the sidewalk. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to ensure your delivery arrives on the scheduled date. Including a secondary contact number reduces failed deliveries when navigating the city’s secured apartment blocks and office complexes.
