Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in Windsor?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in Windsor are made to residential homes, small professional offices, and local funeral homes. Provide the specific room number or building wing for clinics to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance in these smaller, spread-out facilities. For residential orders, please specify if the home is in the village center or on a rural property to help the driver locate the site.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and what information is needed for a successful drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to accommodate the town’s mix of village streets and rural roads. Many properties in this area have long driveways or are set far back from the main road, so please provide any gate codes or specific porch instructions. These details prevent the driver from leaving the order at a roadside mailbox where it is not secure.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver leaves the arrangement in a shaded spot on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific bloom is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to maintain the size and shape of the design. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient helps the driver confirm access for homes with long private drives or restricted entry points.
