Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

In this area of seasonal lakeside properties and summer camps, provide the specific gate code or camp entrance description at checkout. These details are necessary because many buildings are set far back from the road behind wooded perimeters. This ensures the driver finds the correct cottage or administrative office on the first attempt.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the winding rural roads and long gravel driveways common to this community. We do not use boxed shipping because packages can be difficult to leave safely on steep or unpaved terrain. Indicating if the property has a gated entrance or a long private drive helps ensure a successful drop-off.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, we look for a sheltered area on the porch, as nearby neighbors are often located on large, separate lots. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that fits the style of the arrangement. Including a recipient’s phone number helps us reach them if the property is hidden from the main road.
