Question 1

Can you deliver to healthcare facilities and private residences in Ferndale?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to local rehabilitation centers and nursing facilities, provide the specific wing name and room number at checkout. Residential properties in this area often have long, wooded driveways, so please include any gate codes or house descriptions. These details help drivers identify the correct entrance when buildings are set back significantly from the main road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered rather than shipped in a box to navigate the mix of paved streets and unpaved private roads. Drivers place arrangements at the primary entrance or front porch, which is the standard for the detached homes in this community. Providing specific instructions for side-door access or porch locations helps ensure the delivery is placed safely.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the arrangement in a secure spot near the door since neighbors are often separated by large lot sizes. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the original color and value. Including the recipient’s phone number is necessary to coordinate access for homes obscured by trees or located on private drives.
