Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

We deliver to village residences, medical offices, and community care centers. For multi-unit residential buildings or consolidated professional suites, you must include the specific room or department name at checkout. This detail ensures the courier can move through shared entryways to reach the correct person without delay.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the wide variety of village lots and outlying rural vineyard properties. Many local homes have deep porches or side-loading driveways that require the courier to walk a distance from the street. Specifying your preferred drop-off point, such as a side door or porch bench, ensures the arrangement is placed correctly.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we place the flowers on a covered porch protected from the wind common to this lakeside area. If a particular flower is not in stock, we provide a substitute of the same value that fits the original design. Providing a contact number is essential for properties with long private drives or restricted access gates to prevent a failed delivery.
