Question 1

How do you handle flower delivery to lakefront properties and seasonal residences in Dewittville?

Accepted Answer

In this lakeside community, properties often have narrow private access roads or shared driveways leading toward the water. Provide the specific cottage name or dock number at checkout if the house is set back from the main road. These details help the driver find the correct entrance among the clusters of seasonal homes.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to ensure they are placed directly at the residence. Because many lakeside homes have steep stairs or long gravel paths, the driver needs clear access instructions for the porch or entryway. This method avoids leaving packages at the roadside where they are exposed to the open environment.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a secure spot at a neighboring cottage or a protected area on the property. When a specific flower is out of stock, a similar bloom is used to maintain the arrangement’s height and volume. Including the recipient’s mobile number is helpful because many homes here have the primary entrance facing the lake instead of the road.
