Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or secured buildings in West Palm Beach?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to high-rise office towers and gated residential communities require specific access details at checkout. You must provide the suite number for offices or the gate entry code for residential estates to ensure the driver can pass security. These details allow for a direct hand-off at the concierge desk or front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s different layouts?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the city's mix of dense downtown streets and wide suburban blocks. Drivers use service entrances or designated loading zones when street parking is restricted near waterfront office buildings. Providing specific entry point instructions helps us avoid delays caused by limited public access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient in a secured building or gated community is unavailable, we leave the flowers with the front desk or gate attendant. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of the same value and color. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us coordinate with security if we cannot reach the specific unit or office.
