Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, medical centers, or gated residential areas in Riviera Beach?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name, wing, or room number for deliveries to large medical campuses. For gated residential communities, you must enter the gate access code or the name of the resident on the security list at checkout. These details allow the driver to pass through security checkpoints and reach the correct door.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand, and how does the city layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive in good condition at both single-family homes and high-density professional buildings. In areas with restricted street parking or limited vehicle access near the waterfront, provide clear instructions for concierge or front desk drop-offs. This prevents the driver from being blocked at the street level where parking is reserved for residents and staff.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a gated property or secured office is unavailable, the driver will attempt to leave the arrangement with a security guard or a neighbor who has building access. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a stem of equal value that matches the original design. Providing a secondary phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve entry issues at large industrial sites or multi-story complexes.
