Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the local private campus and medical offices?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the large private boarding campus or professional suites, you must provide the specific building name and office or room number at checkout. In residential areas where homes sit far back from the road, verify that the house number is visible from the street. These details allow drivers to move efficiently between the town's dense commercial center and the surrounding residential hills.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the town's long driveways and hilly terrain. This ensures the flowers are not left at a roadside mailbox or in a high-traffic area. If the property has a gated entrance or a winding private lane, providing the access code or specific house descriptions helps avoid delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the order in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. If a specific flower is not in stock, it is replaced with a stem of equal value that matches the original color and shape. Including the recipient’s phone number is required to help drivers find the correct entrance on rural roads where mailboxes are often grouped together away from the house.
