Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to community buildings and residential properties in Bethlehem?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building name and room number for deliveries to community centers or funeral homes. For residential properties with long private drives, enter the house number exactly as it appears on the street-side mailbox. Include any gate codes needed to move past the entrance of the property to the front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with rural layouts and long driveways?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than left at the roadside. Because many homes sit far back from the road on wooded lots, provide a recipient phone number to coordinate access. Mention if the driveway is shared or if the house is not visible from the main street to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will call to identify a sheltered spot on the porch or a nearby neighbor to take the flowers. When a specific flower is unavailable, the florist uses a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color palette. Providing a description of the house color or a distinctive marker at the driveway entrance helps prevent failed deliveries where GPS coordinates are imprecise.
