Question 1

How are deliveries coordinated for local medical buildings and professional offices?

Accepted Answer

For medical facilities or low-rise offices, provide the specific department name and room or suite number at checkout. These buildings often have multiple entry points rather than a single lobby, so these details allow the driver to find the recipient directly. Providing the office name ensures the driver uses the correct street-level entrance.

Question 2

How does the local town layout affect the delivery process?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the transition from the town's residential blocks to homes with longer, private driveways on the outskirts. For properties set back from the road, include any specific gate instructions or house identifiers to help the driver locate the correct entrance. This direct delivery method ensures the arrangement is placed at the front door rather than at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is present, we attempt to contact the recipient to identify a secure location on the property or a nearby neighbor to hold the delivery. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the same color and value. Including the recipient's local phone number helps avoid failed attempts at residences with restricted driveway access.
