Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to homes, funeral houses, or offices in Thornton?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in Thornton involve residential properties and community buildings that lack security desks or lobby access. Provide the street address and specific building identification for properties set back from the road among wooded lots. This information ensures the driver finds the correct entrance for your delivery.

Question 2

How are orders handled given the spread-out residential layout of the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the recipient's door to accommodate the low-density residential layout. Because properties here lack street-facing mailboxes, providing a description of the house color or driveway location prevents delays. This method is used for all un-fenced properties to ensure the flowers reach the porch.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the flowers at the primary residential entrance or on a covered porch. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety to maintain the design style. Including a local phone number for the recipient helps the driver navigate long driveways and properties that sit far back from the road.
