Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to office towers and secured buildings in Vinings?

Accepted Answer

Vinings contains many high-rise office buildings and secured residential towers where drivers cannot access elevators or upper floors. Provide the suite or apartment number along with the name of the concierge or front desk attendant at checkout. These details allow the driver to leave the arrangement at the security checkpoint as required by local building management.

Question 2

How are flowers transported to residential areas with gated access?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered in water because the steep, winding roads and gated entrances common in Vinings are not suited for boxed shipping. For homes in gated communities, provide the gate code or the resident's name for the call box at checkout. This ensures the driver can reach the front door rather than leaving the flowers at an unattended perimeter gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a dense business or residential site?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers with a building concierge or seek a porch area hidden from the street. If specific flowers are out of stock, the order is fulfilled using stems of equal value that match the original color palette. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve access issues in areas with restricted street parking or complex building layouts.
