Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Atlanta?

Accepted Answer

Many Atlanta medical campuses and high-rise office towers require deliveries to go through a central mailroom or a security desk. You must provide the suite number or department name at checkout so the courier can navigate these large complexes. This information ensures the flowers reach the correct concierge or intake staff.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s many gated residential complexes and secured apartment buildings. Include gate codes or leasing office instructions if the property has restricted street access or limited guest parking. These details help the driver reach the front door or lobby without being blocked by security barriers.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, flowers are left in a secure location or with a concierge because many local properties have deep front setbacks or restricted lobby access. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety of equal value to maintain the design’s size. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at secured entrances or multi-unit buildings.
