Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to business campuses and medical suites in Victor?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large corporate campuses and medical clusters here require a specific suite number and business name. These sites often have multiple buildings and entrances, so the courier needs the exact desk location or floor. Include the department name and building letter at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential subdivisions and office parks?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. In the winding residential subdivisions and properties with long driveways, the driver navigates directly to the main porch. Providing gate codes for private drives or door instructions for detached office buildings helps the courier finish the delivery.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not at their desk or home, the driver leaves the flowers with an office receptionist or in a secure spot on the porch. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar stem of equal value. Including the recipient’s direct phone number helps the driver find them within sprawling business parks or multi-building residential complexes.
