Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical facilities, funeral homes, or secure offices?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the regional medical campus or local funeral homes, provide the room number or service time at checkout. Many office complexes in this city feature security gates or central reception desks that require a recipient’s suite or department name. These details allow the driver to pass through security and deliver directly to the correct internal location.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by a driver?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver to accommodate the city’s mix of downtown storefronts and spread-out residential streets. Because many homes here are set back from the road on large lots, please specify if the delivery should be left at a side door or a screened-in porch. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement arrives intact at both compact city properties and residential driveways.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is at a workplace with restricted cell phone access, the driver will leave the flowers with the designated front desk or security station. When a specific bloom is unavailable, a designer chooses a replacement of equal value to maintain the arrangement’s style. Providing the recipient's desk extension or a gate code prevents delays at the city's various secured residential and industrial sites.
