Question 1

How are deliveries handled for local offices, medical clinics, and gated properties?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to professional offices and medical clinics are brought through the main street-level entrance and left with the front desk. For properties within lakeside communities, provide any necessary gate codes at checkout to ensure access. Including a specific suite or department name helps the delivery reach the correct person in these multi-use buildings.

Question 2

How do you manage deliveries for residential properties with large lots?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the front door to accommodate the long private drives and set-back houses common in this area. Arrangements are never left at a roadside mailbox and are instead carried to the primary entry of the home. Provide clear instructions if the residence is tucked away or difficult to see from the main road.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is not present or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the arrangement is placed at a sheltered porch or side entrance away from the street view of the large lot. If a specific flower is out of stock, a substitution of equal value is used to maintain the design. A working phone number for the recipient helps resolve access issues for homes with long wooded driveways or restricted entrances.
