Question 1

How will my delivery be handled for properties in Trabuco Canyon?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to gated residential estates and equestrian properties require a gate code or a name registered at the security kiosk. Please include the specific lot number and gate access instructions in the delivery notes at checkout. These details are necessary because many homes are located behind restricted access points that prevent entry to the property.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the canyon’s layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the winding canyon roads and long, private driveways. We do not use boxed shipping because the rural layout requires a driver to place the arrangement directly at the front door. Providing specific directions for homes set far back from the street helps the driver find the correct entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home at a remote or gated property?

Accepted Answer

If the property is behind a locked gate and the recipient is unavailable, we will use the provided phone number to request access. If we can reach the front door, the driver will look for a secure area at the entryway that is shielded from the road. Providing a working gate code or a neighbor's contact info reduces the chance of a failed delivery in these remote residential areas.
