Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to secured buildings and corporate offices in Aliso Viejo?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the city’s multi-story corporate parks or gated residential complexes, you must provide the suite number or gate entry code at checkout. Most professional buildings here require a contact name and floor number for lobby security to grant access. These details allow the courier to reach the recipient's desk or front door instead of stopping at a perimeter gate.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of dense office towers and private residential streets. Because many properties feature controlled-access parking and multi-level layouts, couriers walk the arrangement directly to the office suite or apartment door. Including specific instructions for visitor parking or building entrances prevents delays in these high-density areas.

Question 3

What happens if the courier cannot access a gated community or the recipient is out?

Accepted Answer

If a gated entry is inaccessible, the courier will attempt to leave the flowers with a leasing office or an immediate neighbor. You should provide a recipient phone number so the courier can request access to the property if the gate code provided at checkout does not work. If a specific stem is unavailable, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that matches the original style.
