Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical buildings in Thornwood?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both private residences and the multi-tenant corporate campuses and medical suites throughout the area. You must provide the specific building number and office suite to ensure the delivery reaches the correct reception desk or security station. These details are necessary to navigate professional parks where central mailrooms or front desks manage incoming packages.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the hilly residential streets and long private driveways common in this community. Please specify if the home is located on a shared private road or if there is a gate code required for entry. This information helps the driver locate the correct property and entrance in areas where house numbers are set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at a home or office?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not at a residence, the driver will leave the order in a secure area hidden from the street, such as a side porch or behind a entryway pillar. For corporate campus deliveries where the person is away from their desk, the arrangement is left with the building's designated security desk or reception area. Including the recipient’s direct phone number helps resolve access issues at secured office gates or secluded residential properties.
