Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office campuses and residential estates in Armonk?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate campuses require a specific building number, suite, and department name to clear security checkpoints. For residential orders, provide gate codes or specific entry instructions for properties located on long, wooded driveways. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct reception desk or private front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this suburban layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the recipient rather than shipped in a box. Because many homes are set far back from the road, clear house numbers must be visible from the street. Drivers bring the flowers to the main entrance of the residence or the central mailroom of office complexes.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access a secured building or a gated residential property?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, flowers are left at the front door or with a building security desk. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver navigate gated entries and multi-building corporate properties.
